Cancellation Policy

At Raggydogz Dog Grooming, we understand that plans can sometimes change. However, as appointment slots are limited, we kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your grooming appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed appointments, or no-shows will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.

This policy helps us manage our time effectively and ensures we can continue to offer the best possible service to all our clients.
